I’m so ridiculously late with this post, I must apologize. The Coke Zero 400 came through with some interesting events, including one bombshell that happened before the race even began.
First, congratulations to Tony Stewart on his win and while I’m giving out congrats I gotta give props to Brad Keselowski for his win the week before last at Kentucky. Since I totally missed that weekend altogether.
Life kinda sucks right now for A.J. Allmendinger and his failed drug test. We now know that he tested positive for a “stimulant” and that he was only slightly over the allowed levels. I guess we have to wait and see what the future holds for him. It is entirely possible that whatever he took isn’t something scandalous, so, again, we have to wait and see what’s what. I sincerely hope this thing is just blip on the radar for him and he can move on from it quickly.
So back to the Coke Zero 400, you guys totally didn’t answer the question I had before the race which were: When you watch races each weekend, do you have any traditions, rituals, or must-have snacks?
And so I’m asking you guys again, how do you structure your day around watching the races? Everyone in my family knows that Sundays (or any day there’s a race) that off limits that the majority of my day will be spent watching the race and eating junk food. 🙂 I’m truly curious about this topic so speak up! 🙂
And don’t forget to enter to win the super awesome Coca-Cola Viewing Party prize package I get to give away to one lucky reader.
